With all the bars closed for several months due to Covid-19, at some point I decided to try a different, homemade cocktail each weekend. After initially just following recipes, this quickly led to testing different liquors, small changes to the recipes and eventually my own “creations”, including basil cultivation. So the number of different cocktail you will find here is still quite small and if you are just looking for “standard” recipe, then there are probably better places to go to. Note that cocktail description just represents my own taste and the main reason I am writing it is to not forget my favourite cocktail versions. I don’t claim to be any type of expert in this area, I just like drinking. Responsibly of course.
